Project Overview

B23 NSIT is a modern corporate workspace designed to support innovation, productivity, and streamlined departmental operations. Located in Islamabad’s rapidly developing Gulberg Green commercial district, the building presents a crisp, modern aesthetic paired with high-performance internal planning.

The design includes executive offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, technical departments, lounges, and collaborative spaces — all centered around efficiency and comfort.

Problem

The previous NSIT office lacked natural light, efficient workflow, and visual identity. The challenge was to create a workspace that felt spacious, modern, and aligned with the company’s technology-driven culture.

Design Approach

• Open, Connected Layout: Departments were reorganized to improve communication flow and reduce operational bottlenecks.

• Light-Filled Interiors: Large windows, glass partitions, and reflective finishes were used to brighten the workspace.

• Modern Corporate Identity: Brand colors and subtle design motifs were integrated throughout the interiors to reinforce cultural identity.

• Flexible Work Zones: Modular furniture and multi-purpose meeting areas support various working styles — independent or collaborative.
